Bulk List Products

Upload a CSV to list several products at once. Bulk-uploaded products come in as drafts — they won't appear on the storefront or your dashboard until they've been reviewed and activated. If you're only adding one product, the List a Product form goes live immediately instead.

Download a CSV template ↓ — already has the right columns and a couple of example rows, ready for you to edit and upload.

CSV columns (first row must be a header row with these names):

title required
description required
cost_price required — what you're paid per unit; retail pricing is set during review
quantity required — whole number
sku required
image_url required — one or more image URLs, separated by commas (e.g. https://example.com/a.jpg,https://example.com/b.jpg). If you're editing the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets, just type both URLs into the one cell separated by a comma — the spreadsheet handles the quoting for you automatically. If you're writing the CSV by hand in a plain text editor, wrap that whole cell in double quotes since it contains a comma, e.g. "https://example.com/a.jpg,https://example.com/b.jpg".
category required — e.g. "Furniture", "Storage", "Textiles"
shipping_cost optional — for your and our own reference; it isn't sent to Shopify, since Shopify calculates customer-facing shipping from its own shipping settings rather than a per-product field
gtin optional — barcode / GTIN, if the product has one
keywords optional — comma-separated search keywords for the product (e.g. "oak, side table, handmade")

Up to 500 rows per file. Larger catalogs should be split into multiple uploads.
Image guidelines
• Square images, at least 1000×1000px, JPG or PNG
• Plain white background, no watermarks, borders, or text overlays
• No other brand names or logos visible in the shot
• Product titles: capitalised, no ALL CAPS, and please don't include your business name in the title
